A huge thanks to everyone who voted for me. This means such a lot to me just now and best news so far this year. Incredibly proud and well chuffed. First award for a single ever!
Thanks to everyone at Planet Rock for all the plays, James Cassidy at Jaba music, William Luff, David Sullivan and all at Wilful Publicity for all the push, Miles Skarin for the lyric video, Rob Skarin and John Reid for the site work, and of course massive thanks to co writers Steve Vantsis and Robin Boult, also on bass and guitars respectively ,drummer Dave Stewart, keyboard player Foss Paterson, Doris Brendel on backing vocals and our producer Calum Malcolm for making this special.
Biggest thanks to all of you out there who put the votes in. This inspires us to get on with finishing the writing and recording on the ‘Weltschmerz’ album this summer. I couldn’t have wished for a more auspicious start to the project.
