Finally nailed smoke and have practically every day until the 23rd October marked on the curve of the cunning plan! A few wild variables will be thrown in I am sure and there will be some overloads and system failures along the way.
Quite scary but exciting and I just hope I have a finished album to flip the “blood light” on in November.
Foss is in tomorrow for at least the next 5 days on 1-1 writing, a few days with the scribbly,scratchy lyric head on then Steve Vantsis back up 25th for a 3 way writing block with Foss until I disappear to Germany and London for 6 days.
Frank Usher joins the 3 of us 7th-18th then Bulgaria gig and a week 3 way with Foss and Frank before a gig on the 28th in East Lothian which I have to confirm this week.Rehearsals/writing on the first week of October with Steve on bass; rehearsals with Gavin Dickie on bass 8th until the 18th. Drive to Leamington on the 19th for the 2 convention gigs 20th/21st then back up here to finish off any writing, put the band into recording rehearsals and then into the album second week of November.And then it’s Christmas!It’s going to be some ride!!!
