Sincere apologies for being absent somewhat from festivities and sending out traditional greetings but our holiday period has been somewhat fraught with family issues. Simone and I are fine although adjusting to the situation here has been extremely demanding for us both. It’s something we have to deal with and I don’t want to open up into detail but we are having to make some big domestic changes that require a lot of attention and energies. Our kids are all fine and healthy as are we and I’m glad to have a strong wife beside me just now.
The office here is down to tick over as Elspeth is having to take time off to deal with her own personal family issues so I’d appreciate if you could be be patient and show some understanding just now.
The office mail order was shut down over the holidays between the 21st December and today, the 3rd January and we are only now operational and dealing with orders and communications.We are doing our best to sort through the backlog but under the present circumstances things may take slightly longer to deal with than normal.
